Q.01: What are the
Minimum Quantities I can order? |
| |
| Ans:
The minimum quantity you can order for our Yarn Dyed
styles is 2000 pieces per style (1000 pieces per colour). |

Q.02: How much Shrinkage can be expected? |
| |
|
Ans:
Shrinkage is maximum 5% for Machine wash/Line Dry. Are
'Fast Colors' used? We use fast colors upto 40 Deg.
Celsius (Pigment Dyed & Printed).We can get 60 Deg.
Celsius using reactive Dyes .We can also Dye/Print any
colour from the Pantone Colour Book. Garments can be
packed with Garment Hangers and Bar-Coded Tickets as per
your requirements. Prices would approximately be 85% for
the 6-14 age group and 65% for the2-6 age group. |

Q.03: How are Prices generally quoted? |

| Ans: Prices for Garments are normally quoted in the ratio S : M : L : XL as 1:2: 3:2 for Mens and S:M : L as 1: 2: 1 for ladies. Our prices are FOB/C&F/CIF and CPT as per customer requirements. |

Q.04: How are Letters
of credit to be established? |

| Ans:
'At sight' Letter of Credit should be established. Our
Bankers are : Premier Bank Limited. |

On an average, each order will take 90 days for shipment,
assuming normal timings for approvals and order details. |

modes are by irrevocable letter of credit at sight
payment. |

Confirmation of right quality: |
- We believe in continues on-line inspection.
- Our quality controllers Follow-up from the very
beginning of the production of yarn/fabric.
- Lab-dips are approved by buyers.
- Lab-test report of colour fastness, azo free etc. Is
send to buyer .
- Production samples are send to buyer for approval.
- Our q/c follow-up the production in all stage like
for sweaters, we follow-up the knitting stage, linking
,washing, steaming, finishing and

Packing: |
- Regular reporting on work-in progress is send to
buyer on everyday basis.
- In case buyer want certification from sgs, its etc.
That can be arranged usually at buyer's cost.
